Cosmos network full chain deployment

As the first rune launchpad and marketplace on the Cosmos network, we will deploy across the entire chain, integrating runes into a broader Cosmos ecosystem. This includes major networks like Cosmos Hub (ATOM), Injective (INJ), Cronos (CRO), Celestia (TIA), THORChain (RUNE), Osmosis (OSMO), and Sei Network (SEI), allowing for a safer and more accessible inscription protocol.

Use Cosmos IBC to build an L2 chain based on Bitcoin data runes

We will utilize the Cosmos network's IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) feature to create a Layer 2 public chain that relies on the Bitcoin network for L2 information verification. This will reduce the Ordinal protocol's impact on the Bitcoin network, decrease gas consumption, and address the problems mentioned in "What problem have we solved?" including ensuring Index construction, openness, and effectiveness issues.LURU will be used as a governance token
